This blog covers it all: women’s empowerment, single mothers and fathers, dating life, books, lifestyle, recipes, wine, tech, health, fitness routines, clean eating, mental health, self-care tips, education and more. Real topics, real conversations.
The idea came to me while writing my book. The more I wrote, the more I realized how much still needed to be said. So here we are — a place to speak freely, learn, and grow together.
I show up here as someone who communicates honestly, takes risks (yes, every time I hit publish), and has grown into entrepreneurship through blogging — something I never saw coming, but wouldn’t trade.
Off the screen, I’m a tomboy through and through. A Giants and Celtics fan who grew up playing sports over dolls. I love a cozy night in with wine and good music, and cooking is my therapy — I’m always experimenting with new recipes. I’m a four-seasons girl who lives for fall and winter decorating.
